In this workshop, we’ll review the all important finishing techniques so that your carefully crafted project is not relegated to the closet. A small amount of prep work is required.

Have you noticed all the beautiful fair isle patterns appearing? In this clinic, we’ll teach you the basics of stranded colorwork, from chart reading to getting that tricky tension right.

Introduction to Crochet:
Jealous of all the hookers out there? Now's the time to learn how to wield that hook yourself and create gorgeous crochet masterpieces! In this class, we'll cover the basics of crochet and get you started on your first project.
Sunday 1-2:30pm: February 7 • $35 per person
Fun with Socks:
In this two-week class, we will unravel the mystery of knitting socks on double pointed needles. By the end of the class, you will have the skills needed to start knitting socks for all your friends and family.
Saturday 9:30-10:30am: January 30 and February 6 • $45 per person
Continental Anyone?
This is your chance to learn how to knit using the continental style of holding your yarn in your left hand. No more letting go of the needle and throwing the yarn! (Please note: this clinic is intended to help you learn how to switch from english to continental style of knitting; it is not a beginning knitting class.)

Socks on the Magic Loop
Tired of all those double pointed needles, but love making socks? Try the magic loop technique! You'll learn how to knit beautiful socks using one long circular needle. Once you have the skill, it can be applied to any project worked in the round: sleeves, hats, mittens, etc... .
Saturday 10:00am - 11:30am: March 6 and 13 • $45 per person

The Knitting Experience After Hours
Have you ever wanted to have a yarn shop all to yourself? To play with color combinations, pore over patterns, knit and chat with friends? Here is your chance! Reserve a private shopping session after our normal business hours. Bring up to 9 of your friends to shop, talk, have a cup of tea, sit, knit, and relax!

Registration fees are nonrefundable, and unless specified, class fees do not include materials.
